Checkout counters - Assignment 7

When you finally arrive to th checkout counter you think you have absolutely everything that you could need,  Until you see all of the little snacks and goodies at the counter.   Marketers do this because they know that it works and will always work. When you see something directly in front of you that is delicious, and takes absolutely no effort to get, you will really want it. The way that th put it  ut  to you definitely makes the consumer want it just that much more, so they will almost always get weak and make the purchase.

Buildings - Assignment 2

As I go down the street from my place of work and my house, I tend to see so many run down and vacant buildings that people do not even care about. Most see a dump, but I see some potential for many different businesses that could grow in that one small area. For example, there is a small abandoned business complex that could easily fit maybe 3 law firms or even a couple insurance agencies. People need to try and see the potential in things without assuming it is a unrepairable dump.
